  1. All orders within Australia are discretely packaged in plain satchels. The sender’s name appears as ‘SAL 1562 Centre Rd, Springvale‘. WE DO NOT write wikkid Pleasures on the package.

  1. Generally, deliveries within Australia take 1-3 business days (plus processing time).

  1. Express Post:

    $16 for New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland

    $17 for Australian Capital Territory

    $20 for South Australia

    $28.50 for Northern Territory

    $30 for Western Australia and Tasmania

  1. Please check out these helpful tips to determine if your toy is faulty.

    For rechargeable toys:

    1. Make sure that the toy is fully charged.
    2. To ensure the toy is charging, make sure the power light is flashing when connected to the charger. (if the light stays on, this means your toy is fully charged)
    3. Make sure that the power source is on.
    4. Try different power ports for your charger. (sometimes power may vary across different ports)
    5. Hold the power button for about 3-5 seconds for it to turn on.
    6. Make sure that the travel lock is off (if your toy comes with this) usually you need to hold the + and – buttons simultaneously for about 3-5 seconds to disable/enable the travel lock.

    For battery toys:

    1. Make sure you have inserted the batteries correctly – this is the most common cause of malfunction.
    2. Make sure that you are using the correct batteries.
    3. Make sure the cap is tightly closed! (Especially for waterproof products)
    4. Make sure to try new batteries.
      -Hold the power button for about 3-5 seconds for it to turn on.
      -Check battery contacts, springs sometimes can compress – extend them a little.
      -Check contacts for corrosion a greenish colour on the metal of the battery contact.

  1. If, after checking all the above, your toy is still not working, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us with details of your purchase. Lingerie & footwear warrants a 60 day warranty from date of purchase. Should this product prove to be defective during this time, Wikkid Pleasures Australia will, on proof of purchase, repair or replace the product with the same or similar product at its sole discretion.
